The Late Ray J. Diekemper, Jr.
Ray Diekemper, Jr. was an independent crude oil producer since 1950. At the time of his passing he was President of RJD Management Co., Inc. whose business it is to manage the oil properties of Ray Diekemper, his family and others. This company is also in the business of oil production in addition to its management duties.
Ray Diekemper formed El Ray Builders Supply, Inc. in 1960 and was its controlling stockholder until the dissolution of the company in 1993. El Ray Builders Supply, Inc. (Later called El Ray Home Center) had a reputation of paying all of its obligations when due and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the seller. The business was closed without loss to any supplier or stockholder.
Ray Diekemper is the was also the controlling stockholder of Dunco Oil Field Supply Co., Inc. with its single store in Levelland, Texas. This company was formed in 1969 and continued as a successful oil field supply store until its sale in 2000. This was sold also without loss to any supplier or stockholder. The business was managed in the offices of RJD Management Co., Inc. One of the main customers of Dunco Oil Field Supply Co., Inc. is the crude oil operations of RJD Management Co., Inc. Dunco Oil Field Supply Co., Inc. in its 30+ years of existence never had a past due account or one that was not paid in accordance with the terms of its suppliers. It has never borrowed money from any organization with the exception of its four stockholders. When it was sold in 2000 it was sold debt free.
After Mr. Diekemper.s passing in late 1999 Mrs. Diekemper took over operations of Acacia Hardwoods and became President of the corporation. Mrs. Diekemper also became acting President of RJD Management Co., Inc. which will manage the accounting and accounts of Acacia Hardwoods, Inc. RJD Management Co., Inc. is owned by the family of the late Ray J. Diekemper and Mrs. Lou Diekemper, it has no debt, net worth of 2.1 million and current assets of $6.3 million including cash, treasury bills and accounts receivable, all current.
Mrs. Diekemper, through Acacia Hardwoods, Inc. strives to offer quality wood products at a reasonable price. This is what the late Mr. Diekemper had always intended to do from the time he purchased the company in 1996 up to his passing in 1999. Mrs. Diekemper intends to keep Mr. Diekemper.s passion of wood and conducting honest business practices alive through the continued operation of Acacia Hardwood, Inc.
